Skid Steer Loader Assembly Guide

Follow this step by step guide to assemble your skid steer in 12 easy steps.

Step 1: Press all 4 rims into the tires.

Step 2: Snap the body and wheels on to the chassis.

Step 3: Snap in the steps.

Step 4: Sandwich the radiator pieces between the yellow side arm panels.

Step 5: Slide in the rear assembly.

Step 6: Insert the seat.

Step 7: Assemble the cabin by sliding the side panels into the roof.

Step 8: Slide the cabin assembly into the rear assembly of the vehicle.

Step 9: Slide the hydraulic piston (2x) into the housing.

Step 10: Press the steering wheel into it’s base, then press down to lock the cabin in place.

Step 11: Insert the riser arm, hydraulics, front arms, and bucket – secure with 5 pins. Repeat with both arms. (Two extra pins are included)
