Kristen obtained her Bachelors Degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, but came back to Miami, her hometown, to attend law school at Florida International University. While her husband attended dental school in Philadelphia, Kristen obtained her license to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and started working in civil litigation in Philadelphia. She has tried matters before a jury to verdict, has handled dozens of bench trials, and argued hundreds of arbitrations. Kristen has also, on occasion, served as an arbitrator, and rendered decisions with regards to active litigation.
She brings a background in all aspects of civil litigation, from discovery to trial. Her wide scope of experience gives her a unique perspective on how to approach cases – when to litigate and when to settle.
