Jim holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Duke University School of Law. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in management systems, cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has both tried cases and argued matters before appellate tribunals, and has always proven to be an effective advocate for his clients.
Jim has been in involved in a variety of matters from real property disputes to construction lien claims, mandatory country club membership cases to deceptive trade practice suits, and he brings to each a measured approach and a path to a successful resolution.
