Excavator Assembly Guide

Follow this step by step guide to assemble your excavator in 9 easy steps.

Step 1: Press fit both grey track drives into the chassis. Then slide both tracks onto the track drives. 

Step 2: Before you snap together both halves of the boom, make sure the piston cylinder, center pin, and arm pegs are inserted.

Step 3: Insert the remaining cylinder and piston. Lock into place with 2 short pins. (Check the bottom of your bag in case they fell off the card.)

Step 4: Attach the bucket and linkages as shown. Secure with 2 long pins. (Proper orientation is required for bucket the move freely.)

Step 5: Snap in the cabin, cabin top, and rotating pin into the main body. Slide in the boom support cylinders.

Step 6: Press the main body into the chassis / track drive assembly.

Step 7: Insert the 2 remaining boom pistons and slide into the cylinders. Insert the boom and stick assembly and secure with the extra long pin. 

Step 8: Lock in the pin from step 7 with the side panel. Press fit the side and top vents. Slide in the rear plate.
